Returns Policy

 

With us, the customer comes first, so if you’re not happy with your product, please contact us for assistance and send us your order number with the reason for return and a photo so we can see what’s gone wrong. You can email support with this information to info@visitkeswickisland.com.au.

If you need to make a change after your order is submitted. Please contact us immediately. We may be able to cancel and refund your order, so you can start from scratch.

CLOTHING PRODUCTS

All clothing products offered from our shop are printed on demand as per the specific order requirements, therefore Visit Keswick Island does not accept returns for change of mind or failure to check the size chart. Product size charts are included on the right-hand side of each product page and look like the image below. Simply click the size chart image to view the size chart popup and please check the half chest measurements carefully.

Any items deemed faulty—provided the fault is a manufacture or printing issue—will be accepted for return. We accept claims made within 7 days of freight carrier delivery of your order. You must notify us stating the reason for return. Please include a photo of the faulty item by emailing it to info@visitkeswickisland.com.au.

Visit Keswick Island will offer a new product in exchange if the item is damaged or printed incorrectly. Returned items must be in original condition and not used, worn or soiled.

PRINTED IMAGE PRODUCTS

Any claim of defectiveness must be made no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of the product. If the product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing defect during that time (i.e., is “Defective”), you agree to send an email to info@visitkeswickisland.com.au with a photo showing the alleged defects of the product and providing a description regarding the circumstances of the product’s failure or breakage. The determination of whether a product is defective is within the sole discretion of the supplier.

The drop shipper may upon request supply a shipping label for the return of a product that has been determined as defective, in which case you must return the defective Product using the shipping label. The drop shipper may, in its discretion, waive the requirement that the defective product be returned.

Upon receipt of a product (unless waived), and if the drop shipper recognises it as defective, they will, at your option,
(a) send you a replacement of the product or
(b) issue a credit for the purchase price, plus original shipping cost, of the defective product or
(c) issue a refund of the purchase price, plus the original shipping cost, by check or any other appropriate method (as selected by the drop shipper), including but not limited to refund of electronic payments.

A credit may be used on the Visit Keswick Island website for the purchase of any printed image products within 60 (sixty) days of the date of issuing the credit.
